2 year Bible Study

Today's Light 2-year journey through the Bible

The Today's Light Bible study helps individuals and groups read and study the entire NIV Bible in just two years, breaking the readings down into manageable daily portions that can be completed in just 15 minutes or less. Brief devotions based on the text help readers understand and apply that day's Scripture selection to their lives.

 Special features allow readers to:

"Get the Big Picture" about the readings

"Sharpen the Focus" on important points.

Each study group meets   with the pastor for 1 hour, on a weekly basis, to freely and openly discuss the previous week's reading, its relationship to today's world and to help stay on focus.

  This study that will help you strengthen your Biblical knowledge, studying with old and new friends.  It is a great opportunity for all people.....those who want to start studying the Bible for the first time or for those who have been in studies for years.

Small Group Bible Study

There are a number of different small (10 or less) group ongoing Bible studies, currently meeting on Tuesday and Friday evenings. If you would like more information on joining a small group Bible study, please talk with Dave Timmerman and he will help you either find one to join or help you start your own! 

2 year Bible Study

Today's Light 2-year Journey through the Bible

This is the same two-year Bible Study as described in the left panel.. However, this study is unique to the other Today’s Light Bible study because this one will take us through the Bible in chronological order (yes, really, the Bible is not written in chronological order and sometimes that makes it difficult to read straight through).

6 Week Bible Studies

A variety of 6 week Bible studies are offered throughout the year.   Among the previous subjects have been books of the Bible, Angels, the Half-Forgotten God, War and Peace: Christian Reconciliation and Revelations and Islam

Sunday Morning Bible Class

Our Adult Bible Class continues to meet on Sundays at 9:30 am in the Music Room. After spending much time in the Old Testament, the group is now focusing in upon the “T” books of the New Testament. A study of the Book of Titus is completed and now the attention is upon 1 & 2 Thessalonians. And then 1 & 2 Timothy will be on the agenda
