Women's Fellowship
The Women’s Fellowship is taking
a summer break from our regular meetings that normally occur
between September and May when we meet on the second Mondays
of the month. Our next meeting will be a welcome back
luncheon, Monday, September 8, 12:00 noon in the Fellowship
Hall. Please plan to join us for a relaxing time of good
food and fellowship. A sign-up sheet will be placed in the
Narthex during the weeks before the event so we can plan for
enough food. There is no charge for the luncheon. Please
come be our guest, even if you have never attended our
meetings before.
As mentioned in last month’s
newsletter, Mary Cook has retired as President of the
fellowship this summer and Dolores Lennox, our long-serving
Treasurer, has moved. Replacing them are
Dartha Hilbert as
President and
Donna Gides as
Treasurer. They join Secretary
Carolyn Bouvier and Activities Director
Ginny Anderson
to round out the slate of officers this coming year.
The purpose of Women’s
Fellowship is exactly as the name implies. Our goal is to
provide a caring environment where the members get to know
each other better. Our activities are varied and fun. We
cordially invite the women of Faith ‘Viera’ and Hope to come
