Music Ministry Opportunities

The JuBELLation Handbell Choir is comprised of a multi-aged group of ringers ranging from 7th grade to adult. The choir practices with 4 octaves of Schulmerich English Handbells on Wednesday evenings from 6:15-7:15PM in the Ministry Center Fellowship Hall. Anyone who is interested in ringing is invited to join us. JuBELLation plays approximately once a month at all church services during the regular liturgical church year (Sept. - May) and at other important feast days and holidays. Musical experience is helpful, but is not required.

Bright Ring of Faith is an advanced self-directing handbell quartet/quintet/sextet musical team that provides music during the Saturday Vigil service and summer worship services as well as other various time throughout the church year.  It is also active as an outreach ministry in the community.   It is comprised primarily of ringers from the regular handbell choir.  Membership is by invitation of the director and requires advanced music reading and ringing skills.

The Adult Choir provides music each Sunday at alternating services. The choir practices on Wednesday evenings from 7:15 to 8:30PM in the Ministry Center Music Room. The choir sings during the regular liturgical season from the first Sunday after Labor Day until Father's Day and also at various other church feast days as appropriate. High school age through adult is welcome to join us. Musical experience is not required.

HAVE  YOU  EVER  SUNG  OR   PLAYED  AN INSTRUMENT  IN  AN  ENSEMBLE???

Now is your chance to join other singing and playing men, women, boys, girls, or maybe even pets who can harmonize. We will soon organize trios, quartets, men’s and women’s ensembles or other ensembles to sing the special music in our worship services. I am, of course, also looking for solo singers and instrumentalists as well. If you have ensemble sheet music that you sang or played before, we can also use it with your voices or instruments
